Barstool Chopped Round 2: Dinner and Dessert

All jokes aside, the steak marinade featured in this video was incredible and seeing as Chef Donny gave me the recipe while interning for Barstool I guess it’s now officially our intellectual property. Peep the recipe below.

“Barstool” Steak Marinade

-1/2 Cup Soy Sauce 

-1/2 Cup Worcestershire sauce 

-1/4 Cup Olive Oil 

-1/8 Cup Hot sauce 

-1 Tbsp Honey

-1/2 Lime Juice 

-3 Cloves of Gaelic Finely Chopped  

-Knob of Ginger Finely Chopped 

-5 Green Onions Finley chopped

-Pinch of Salt

-Pinch of White Pepper 

-Pinch of Cayenne Pepper

– 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes or fresh red pepper

-1/4 cup of coca cola (if marinading over night)
