The First Ever Induction Into The Barstool Sports Internet Hall of Fame - The Leprechaun In Alabama

Barstool has been at this thing for 15 years. From newspapers to the world wide web, there is no other place that has covered more viral videos, stories, and moments than this company. And so today we begin a shrine to the all time greats. The videos and stories that have stood the test of time. As the internet evolves and grows and gets bigger, better, and faster, some videos remain just as funny as they were the day they dropped.

Our first ever inductee is, in my opinion, the funniest video to ever exist on the internet. The Leprechaun in Alabama. If y0u’ve never seen it, you’re probably like 21. Or you’re from outer space. Every St. Patrick’s Day we celebrate this masterpiece of unintentional comedy. If you’re new to this video, your life is about to change forever. And if you’re familiar with it, you know just how important this video was.

We’ll be creating an actual Hall of Fame for all these internet titans. Probably once a quarter we’ll release a series of 4 or 5 videos, and then we’ll leave it up to a vote. There will be snubs. There will be Instant Automatic Inductions. But there will be guaranteed greatness as we chronicle the best the internet has ever had to offer.
