The crucifixion of Jesus Christ. The Moon landing. The Flying 69. Three days that forever changed the world as we know it. Days that not only are remembered that month, or that year, but for all of eternity. When your father is on his death bed, he’ll remember where he was when Neil Armstrong took those first steps and stuck it to the Russians. And when you are on yours, you’ll remember where you were when I went under the bright lights and flipped Asa Akira upside down for all to see.
It was an all time Rundown/Barstool moment that started off wonderfully, or a bit on the wrong foot, depending on who in this picture you ask.

We’d only been in the NYC office for a couple months at that point, and it was one of those “this is why we moved here” moments. Pretty sure Peter Chernin emailed the bosses and was like “my investment has already paid off”. Just one of those weird, amazing, unforgettable Barstool moments that we are just all blessed to have been a part of.
