Tacos Al Pastor are my favorite type of Mexican food so it's about time I tried frying up Goons Al Pastor! To help me make them as authentic as possible I had on Rick Ortiz, the owner and chef of Antique Taco in Chicago, who showed me how to make an Al Pastor marinade from scratch. These DID NOT disappoint.
