TOP CHEF Teaches Me How to Cook Balkan Rangoons!

This week on Gooned Up I'm joined by the winner of Top Chef Season 15, Joe Flamm. Joe currently owns an amazing Croatian restaurant in Chicago called Rosemary so we decided to stick with the Balkan theme and make Cevapi rangoons! Cevapi are grilled meat logs that are popular throughout the Balkans and it turns out they're even better in goon form!
