Beans and Franks 

Ingredients 

  • 48 oz Beans 
  • One package of Lil Wieners 
  • 1/4 cup of Brown Sugar 
  • 3 Teaspoons of Molasses 
  • One package of thick-sliced bacon

 Place ingredients with cooked bacon in a crockpot and cook for 4-6 hours.  

 Deviled Eggs 

Ingredients: 

  • Dozen large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise 
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Sweet or dill pickle relish 
  • 1 tsp. yellow mustard 
  • 1/4 tsp. kosher salt 
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper 
  • Bacon Bits 
  • Garnish: paprika (optional) 

Directions 

  1. Boil eggs: Fill a large pot with water; boil over high. Carefully lower eggs into boiling water; cook, undisturbed, for 11 minutes, 30 seconds. 
  2. Chill eggs: Let Cool for 2-3 hours in the fridge 
  3. Peel eggs: Working with one egg at a time, firmly tap on a flat surface until cracks form all over the shell. Peel under cold running water. 
  4. Halve eggs: Cut eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks. Set egg white halves aside.
  5. Make deviled egg filling: Using a fork, mask together yolks and mayonnaise in a medium bowl. Add relish, mustard, salt, and pepper; stir well to combine. 
  6. Fill eggs: Spoon one tablespoon filling into each white half. Garnish with paprika, if desired. 
  7. Serve immediately, or store, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. 

English Muffin Pizza

 Ingredients 

  • English Muffins 
  • Pizza Sauce 
  • Mozzarella 
  • Pepperoni 

Directions 

  1. Toast English Muffins Lightly 
  2. Add Pizza Sauce 
  3. Add Mozzarella 
  4. Add Pepperoni (Optional) 
  5. Cook at 350 for 15-20 until the cheese is melted.  

Lemon Pepper Wings 

  1. Sent by Nick McGrath   
  2. Pat the wings dry with a paper towel.   
  3. Once dry, top wings with Seasonings:  (Salt, pepper, lemon pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and  baking powder(for extra crispy) 
  4. Coat wings in Butter-Hot Sauce (see below) 
  5. Place in an air fryer and spray wings with Pam (makes them even more crispy) 
  6. Cook for 360 degrees for 16 mins. 6. Flip wings and spray again with Pam; cook at 360 again for additonal16 minutes. Add 5-8 mins on 400 for extra crispy.)  

Butter Hot Sauce: 

  1. Half a stick of melted butter (pour in the bowl when done) 
  2. Add lemon pepper seasoning. 
  3. garlic powder 
  4.  preferred hot sauce in a mixing bowl. 

Chili for Hot Dogs

  1. Brown 1-2 lbs of Hamburger meat 
  2. Add 5-10 10 cups of water to a sauce pot 
  3. Add Spice packet (from Moore's Country Store) and stir on high constantly for 5 mins. 
  4. Lower heat and continue to stir regularly for 15 mins 
  5. Lower heat and cook for 10 mins. It can be used with Hot Dogs or on its own  

Velvetta Spicy Sausage Dip 

  1. Velveeta is cut into 1/2-inch cubes and put into a crock pot.
  2. 10-ounce can RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies, undrained 
  3. ½ pound breakfast pork sausage, cooked, drained 
  4. Cook for 2-3 hours till steamy and melted
