Tank Cooks Air Fryer Roast Beef
Directions:
- Take Roast out for 30 minutes before cooking
- Cover in oil
- Rub in spices of choice (Ac'Cent, Salt, Pepper, Lemon Pepper, and Garlic Powder)
- Cook Roast at 375° F in an Air Fryer for 30 minutes per pound until it reaches 140° F.
- Let Roast stand for 20 minutes before slicing.
For Gravy:
- Add beef broth to the pan and pour it into a pot.
- Mix flour, water, and cornstarch to broth and beef drippings from the Air Fryer pan.
- Let it thicken, and add Gravy Master.
