Tank Cooks Pumpkin Pie

The Perfect Thanksgiving Dessert 

Ingredients

  • 1 (30-ounce) can of pumpkin puree 
  • 2 (14-ounce) cans of Condensed/Evaporated Milk 
  • 4 large eggs 
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon ground ginger 
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  •  1 teaspoon salt 
  • 2 (9 inch) unbaked pie crusts

Directions 

  1. Gather all ingredients and preheat the oven to 425 F 
  2. Whisk pumpkin puree, condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt in a medium bowl until smooth. 
  3. Pour into crust.
  4.  Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. 
  5. Reduce oven temperature to 350 F and continue baking until a knife inserted 1 inch from the crust comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Let cool before serving.
