Tank Cooks Salt Potatoes

A Syracuse Speciality Boil Water 

Add 1 1/2 cups of salt. 

When the water reaches a boil, add potatoes and cover 

After the water regains boiling status with the potatoes, turn down the heat and simmer for 10 minutes 

Drain Potatoes and let crust for 5 mins while melting a stick of butter. Drench potatoes and eat
