The Art Of The Chopped Cheese Is Always Beautiful To See When You're In The 5 Boroughs

Ahhhh the chopped cheese! What an unbelievable meal to have that consists of all the elements of basically a cheeseburger hero. We got burger patties chopped up to ground beef, all the fixin's, some wonderful sauces including mayo and ketchup, and obviously some cheese all on a delectable piece of Italian bread which is what makes this so unique. And this chopped cheese in particular from Sassy's Sandwiches in Brooklyn was a BEHEMOTH! Even I intended on eating the whole thing I'm not sure if I could've pulled it off. Quite the meal.
