Smash Burgers Without A Perfectly Melted Cheese & Sauce Might As Well Not Even Exist

It takes A LOT for me to not put a Smash Burger in the 4 Balls range due to my undying love for them, but that is sadly what we have today as this Smash burger from Burger By Day simply just did not have enough cheese & sauce to pack a punch. As amazing as the 2 thin patties and griddled onions happen to be they're just incompetent if you don't have that tang from a sauce & gooeyness from the cheese. On to the next one!
