20 Minute Spicy Chicken Curry
INGREDIENTS
-1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
-1 24 oz can of crushed tomatoes-1/4 cup whole fat plain yogurt
-1 onion, brought chopped
-1 jalapeno, roughly chopped-3 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped
-1 cup of chicken stock-4 dried spicy chilies (optional)
-3-4 tbsp vegetable oil or gee
-1 1/2 tsp turmeric-
1 1/2 tsp ground cloves
-1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
-1 1/2 tsp cumin (option to sub powder)
-1 1/2 tsp salt/pepper + more for chicken
-basmati rice/naan for serving
