Mouth Watering Bang Bang Shrimp

INGREDIENTS
-1 lb peeled & deveined shrimp

-1 cup corn starch

 -1/2 cup mayonnaise

-1/4 cup sweet chili sauce

-1/4 cup sriracha (plus extra tbsp for batter) 

-Juice of 1/2 lime

-Buttermilk

-1 egg

METHOD

-In a bowl whisk together buttermilk, egg & 1 tbsp of sriracha

-Place shrimp in buttermilk mixture and let sit

-To make sauce combine mayo, sweet chili, sriracha and lime juice in a bowl. Whisk until smooth

-Remove shrimp from butter milk and toss in corn starch 

-Fry shrimp for 3 mins in vegetable oil

-Toss in bang bang sauce & enjoy

IF BAKINIG IN OVEN OR AIRFYER 

-Skip the corn starch and toss shrimp in panko bread crumbs

-Bake or air-fry for 8-10 min at 400 deg
