There…I said it. Dry aging your beef for 4 friggen weeks is literally too fancy of a process for burgers. A hamburger is a common man’s food, it is not meant to be enjoyed with fine wine much like this one is. Did it taste good? Of course it did. There’s just something off on the vibes when you get a 28 day aged burger. That’s just how I feel!
