Meat Sweats With Jordie: Congrats On All The Sex You'll Be Having After Making These Grilled Oysters

Oysters are an aphrodisiac. If you don't know how to read or don't know what that word means, it basically just means that once you eat oysters you are almost guaranteed to be taking a direct flight to Pound Town, USA. Check your watch and it'll be dialed in to sex 'o clock. 

Now here's the thing---I'm fully aware of the "R" rule when it comes to oysters. That you're only supposed to eat them in months that have the letter 'r' in them. But rules are meant to be broken, and oysters are always going to be a summer food in my mind. Especially when you toss them on the grill after a day on the beach with a little garlic herb butter to finish these suckers off. 

30 minutes max for this recipe. The only part that actually takes a little bit of time is if you're using a charcoal grill and getting that fire started. Everything else is super quick and super simple. Some butter, minced up garlic, chopped up parsley, hot sauce, all purpose rub, lemon zest, however many oysters you desire, and 7-8 minutes on the grill. Bone apple tea.
