Okay, the other day I said I was stunned… now? I don't even have words.
This isn't Appalachian State beating Michigan, this DeVry University's faculty team beating Alabama's All-Decade Team. The three challengers had been horrible in trivia, viewed as a nothing matchup, and tossed to the wolves just for the sake of a streak-snapper.
It didn't work.
And it could've been worse! Cons' habit of talking his team out of answers stopped them from a possible 13 point day, and then he was talked out of an answer moments later. He made up for it in the end, though, as Lorna Doone seemed to be the deathblow.
