Rick Welts is the President and Chief Operating Officer of The Golden State Warriors. He's one of the most well respected executives in all of sports and has been working for the NBA in some capacity for the last fifty years. He created the NBA All Star Weekend, was the driving force behind the marketing campaign for the 1992 Dream Team, helped launch the WNBA, and was responsible for a host of other landmark NBA moments that he talks about in the video.

Rick spoke candidly about his career, his decision to come out of the closet as gay and what the NBA is doing to ensure we have an NBA season.
