Cowboy Chili N' Biscuits | The Quarantine Cook On The Road

When you're living out of a van simple is always the best option when it comes to cooking. I wanted to try to have chili and biscuits but didn't have an oven to bake them. I decided to use the steam from the chili to bake the biscuits. It turned out awesome. 

If I was making this at home with a real oven I would but the chili base in an ovenproof pot with the biscuits on top and bake it uncovered at 375 for about 15 min or until the biscuits are golden brown.

-Ground beef

-Can of beans

-Biscuit dough

-Onion

-Spicy sausage
