Scott From Massachusetts Delivers A Josh Hamilton-Esque Round In A Losing Effort On Tonight's Social Distancing

On night 2 of Social Distancing: The Game Show, we played Flattening The Curve. Contestants had to blindfold themselves, spin around three times, and flatten a can. Three rounds, lowest cumulative time is the winner. His opponent Colleen, also a New England girl, had hacked the system. She outthought him, figured out the secret to finding and crushing the can, and she had a sizable lead heading into the 3rd and final round. What unfolded from there was nothing short of unforgettable:

A perfect score. A zero second round. He put the pressure on Colleen, who needed to deliver an above average final round to take home the title. Like Josh Hamilton in 2008, Scott ended up losing tonights showdown. Colleen needed just 4 seconds in her last crack at it, and she took home a hoodie, a gift card, and with her 15 Seconds of Fame she shouted out her dad and all the grocery store workers of America. Scott technically went home empty handed, but when the grandkids one day come up to you and say "Grandma! Grandpa! Can you tell us about the first edition of Flattening the Curve?? We love your tales about Social Distancing: The Game Show!" you will tell your little ones about the time Scott delivered a monumental round with his back against the wall. Hunter from episode 1 was near flawless in his 3rd round of Shelter In Place, but Scott and his 3rd attempt at Flattening The Curve will always be the definition of a Perfect Game.

We also raised more cash for Direct Relief dot org, and had another few thousand people entertained tonight for the stream...so all around another successful night. Tune in tomorrow night, 730pm EST for another edition of Social Distancing: The Game Show. Just got one hint:
