Weeks before the Penn National deal was finalized, Dave Portnoy had an off-the-record chat with Kirk Minihane. Then Minihane won a legal victory over a government official and proceeded to antagonize said government official. When Kmarko followed Portnoy's orders and spiked a blog post about the legal victory, Minihane called out Barstool for remaining silent.
