Shoutout to Rico Bosco because this is exactly what he’s talking about when he talks about “Bigger than sports.” You talk about a tear jerker. Holy smokes. If I’m a college program on the rise I’m hiring this coach on the spot because clearly he moves people like no other. This kid was reading HIS OWN CARD and still broke into tears just thinking about how great of a coach Richard is. I hope you guys were ready for a Saturday afternoon cry because I sure wasn’t when I smashed play on this video. Now if you’ll excuse me I need to call my basketball coach from 13 years ago and weep silently for the remainder of the afternoon.
