The Goddamn Jets - Season 3, Episode 8: Can We Stop Talking About Sam Darnold DYING?

Can we stop talking about our players DYING?? ‬ ‪I know technically they are talking about a player not dying, but we shouldnt be talking about death, period! Thats just a bad look. PR 101 – if your coach & QB keep talking about the likelihood of DEATH, it’s not great for team morale or confidence.‬ It not exactly instilling fear in the opponent  While other teams are fielding questions about how they are going to try to WIN the game, we talk about just hoping to *literally* SURVIVE the game. Just a Public Relations tip for you guys.

Oh and a little Jets tip, too. Some ‪Jets 101: if the coach or QB of the Jets keep talking about how someone is NOT gonna die, they probably will. I wasn’t worried about Sam Darnold meeting his maker until we kept on talking about it all week! If there’s ever a team that could talk that catastrophe into existence, it’s the Goddamn Jets. #RupturedSpleenfor2and14??? #StaySafeSam
