Riggs vs Sand Valley, 18th Hole (Wisconsin)

Sand Valley is the new Mike Keiser resort in Wisconsin. It’s really cool with two 18-hole courses: Sand Valley, designed by Coore & Crewnshaw, and Mammoth Dunes, designed by David McLay Kidd (friend of the program). There’s also a REALLY fun 17-hole par-3 course. We filmed on each of them.

Sand Valley is the original course and, as you can see, the whole place is sand-based so it plays more linksy than parklandy. It’s a really, really fun place and will only continue to get better.
