20 Dollar Chef - Potash Twins

On this episode of the 20 Dollar Chef, I’m joined by the Potash twins. These musicians, known from their appearances on the Travel Channel and their show “Beats & Bites” on BravoTV, stopped by my kitchen to show me how to make homemade bagels, play some jams and talk about their new Music video with Terry Crews! Featuring  Grace Weber & Robert Glasper.

Yes, It’s easier to buy a bagel, but as a bagel lover, it was fun to go through the process of making bagels at the house. This was a nice short cut using Trader Joe’s pizza dough.
