On this episode of the 20 Dollar Chef, I was fortunate enough to have Mr. Merril Hoge on to talk about his new book, “Brainwashed.” He also shows me his famous marinated flank steak recipe. I reached out to Merril’s son Beau for some inside info. I had to find out how his dad marinated one his son’s favorite steak recipes. Nothing like an old fashioned, meat, veggie, and potato dinner. We head back to the basics and have a nice little afternoon cooking together.
