The Crease Dive Goes To The College Lacrosse Final Four Part 1
Year after year after year, Memorial Day Weekend is the best weekend on the calendar. Not just because it’s the unofficial start of summer. But because for at least one weekend out of the year, lacrosse gets a chance to takeover the world of sports. It doesn’t get much better than Championship Weekend and The Crease Dive boys were up at Gillette all MDW to take it in. Here is part 1 of our weekend including the DI semifinal games on Saturday and then the DIII Championship game on Sunday. The DII game was an ass kicking of biblical proportions so we just figured it would be best for all parties involved to scratch that game from the record. Part 2 featuring Championship Monday and, more importantly, Handsome Dan is on the way.
And just for the record, that radar gun at Fan Fest was fucked. I’m considering taking some legal action against STX for that bullshit. My shot was NOT 34 mph. Somebody was out to get me and that’s all I can say about it right now. I may not have the hardest shot in the world which is why I blog about lacrosse right now instead of play it. But you pick a time and a place and I can at least hit… well… I can at least hit 70. Hopefully. Depends on the stick though.
