I still don’t know why the fuck he is reportedly so interested in the Knicks job, but the New York tabloids have never lied to us before just to sell papers, right? Any time you can get an opportunity to take a job where James Dolan and Steve Mills are your bosses and your best player is coming off an ACL, you have to take it!
Okay, that’s enough being a little negative bitch about the Knicks. The fact that the 2015 Coach of the Year and a Pop disciple may want to come to our Titanic of a franchise should make us happy, no matter how many times things end up going wrong. There are a bunch of other teams that will be looking for head coaches this summer, including a team in Milwaukee with a very healthy superstar that has actually made the playoffs and All NBA teams in his career. But the fact that Coach Bud can be gotten without having to give the Hawks any compensation is great for those teams looking for a coach and so typically Atlanta for the Hawks it hurts. On the bright side, tanking should be much easier for the Hawks now.
