John Wall Going Under The Knife For His Knee Again Is Bad
Not good!
Very not good!
Despite being an All Star, Wall has been a bit off this year, constantly struggling to keep his knee healthy.
ESPN - Wall banged knees 10 games into the season in a game against Dallas and has been dealing with issues since. His knee required an MRI earlier this season and has also been drained and received injections.
Wall had been slated to play for Team LeBron on Feb. 18 in Los Angeles in what would have been his fifth straight All-Star Game. He is averaging 19.4 points and 9.3 assists this season, both numbers a little better than his career averages.
He has constantly been getting his knee constantly drained, worked on, injected into, and everything in between so he could continue playing night in and night out, on top of wearing enough armor on it to wield off a medieval attack.
Despite that, he’s still managed to average great numbers , but it looks like he reached his breaking point and is going to miss some time to get it cleaned up.
I’m less worried about his knee and more worried about Ernie the Idiot trading away another 1st round pick so the Wizards can hang onto a 7th or 8th seed in the East for literally no reason. Kinda weird that in the NBA unless you’re on 1 of 4 teams you don’t have a realistic shot of winning the championship, but that’s never stopped Ernie from making horrific decisions with his draft picks instead of copying the models of teams who actually have a chance at winning. I guess he has the Ted Leonsis nudes, it’s the only thing that makes sense.
