This Russian Dad's Discipline Is Somewhat Tougher Than The Average American Father's

Chess and checkers, my friends. Hey, we’ve all received our due punishments growing up (except those of you who had progressive, fairy parents who would just make you just talk about what you did and why it was wrong). Personally my brothers and I got the soap in the mouth, knelt in the doorway or even the belt a few times for major violations. But I can safely say we were never subjected to get a roundhouse kick to the face then dragged like a rape victim into a locked room to sleep off the stage-3 concussion. Hell, maybe if my brothers and I did get that treatment all 3 of us might have actually grown up to have real jobs and health insurance by now.
