Smoke Former Model Who Hired a Hitman To Murder Her Husband's Ex-Wife And Get Rid of the Body In A Wood Chipper Gets Conviction Thrown Out Because The Prosecutor is an IDIOT
A former Ohio fashion model sentenced to prison for trying to hire a hit man to kill her husband’s ex-wife has had her conviction overturned.
Tara Lambert, 35, gave an undercover sheriff’s deputy $125 as a down payment to kill Kellie Cooke, who is the mother of Lambert’s two stepdaughters.
Now an appeals court judge has ruled the case against Lambert should never have been allowed to proceed due to a prosecutor’s error in the indictment language, which he described as ‘fatally flawed.’
Lambert has spent the past year in prison after being sentenced to one count of conspiracy to commit murder. Her attorney says she could be released by Friday
Lambert was cleared of conspiring to murder Mrs Cooke’s husband, Shawn, if he was at home when the hitman came to kill his wife.
The ex-model, who is married to Brandon Lambert, the father of Mrs Cooke’s children, was arrested on July 28 last year after giving the undercover police officer a photograph of Kellie Cooke and a $125 payment to have her killed.
The court was told that she also gave the deputy Mrs Cooke’s address and a description of her car.
Lambert said she wanted Mrs Cooke’s body thrown into a wood chipper, but insisted in court that she had been joking.
There’s a lot to dissect here, but first of all if there was a girl that looked like a crazy, psycho lady to hire a hitman…it’s this one. Absolute pure crazy bitch-face in that court room setting talking to her lawyer in that picture. Also, how stupid must you be to get duped by an undercover police officer posing as a hitman. There was probably an ad in the newspaper or on reddit for a hitman made by the police just in case someone had literally rocks for brains to fall for it. Well, in steps Tara Lambert, one of the dumbest people on the planet (she’s probably going to kill me for writing this). Red flag city that a down payment for murdering a human being and throwing the body in a wood chipper is only $125. In my mind that dollar amount has to be at least $500, maybe $1000 to be legit.
But the bigger story here is the prosecutor. Could you imagine being that guy? I mean this woman literally told the cop to throw the body in a wood chipper after he killed her. Oh she said it was a joke after paying him money to murder her already. Classic prank.
There could not be a bigger slam dunk conviction in the history of murdering and this guy managed to mess it up because he botched the legal language of the case.
This guy has to find a new job right? He’s the laughing stock of prosecutors for the rest of time. You get convicted for anything and you see that guy is trying to put you away, well you might as well pop the champagne in the court room because your ass is free.
