A Wild Brawl At A School Broke Out Where EIGHT Teachers Got Hurt And Four Students Got Arrested

6ABC – Extra security was place at Cheltenham High School on Thursday after a fight led to the arrests of four students and left eight teachers injured.

That security will remain in place this week and next week, the school district said in a statement.

According to the teacher’s union, they will present demands and suggestions about the ongoing problem of fighting in the school. The union rep says the staffers’ concerns for safety have been ignored by the superintendent.

One of the students arrested is identified as 18-year-old Amber Nicole Lewis, a high school senior. She faces four counts of aggravated assault and conspiracy.

The other students are juveniles who who remained in custody as of Wednesday night.

What an absolutely insane situation. Wigs flying off, bodies bouncing off the walls, this teacher eating a glancing blow who might have the glassiest jaw ever:

But honestly I’m 1000% with the teachers and their union here. How the fuck can you possible educate anyone if there’s even a one percent chance of this happening at your school? Kids fighting and whatever is awful and distracts from the learning part of school too but kids fighting and taking out an entire basketball rotation of teachers is next level “Fuck this, I’m out.” Any dreams of Michelle Pfeiffer sitting backwards on chairs while educating inner city youths would fly out of my head the second I’m getting stampeded by kids. I don’t know what the solution is when you have the whole school descending into complete anarchy like the movie Battle Royale but they’ve got to do something when the superintendent won’t listen and their lives are legitimately on the line.

Though I will say for as awful as these kids seem, getting a conspiracy rap as an 18-year-old high school senior is pretty legit. If you don’t turn that into a hip hop career, the system has failed. Street cred on top of street cred for that likely wig snatching gal.
