Love PK Subban Asking The Blue Jays For A Dip While He's At The Game In St Louis

First of all I love PK Subban being on the Predators now, I’ve loved it so much. I actually get excited when he gets the puck at the point rather than have a heart attack and I can appreciate PK as he deserves to be appreciated, both on and off the ice (he’s got awesome style and donated 10 million to Montreal Children’s Hospital. Decent dude).

But even if I hated him, I’d have no choice but to love him after this. When you see someone who shares a somewhat rare vice with you then you instantly become friends. You can hate a guy’s guts but the moment he says, “Hey man is that a tin? Mind if I grab a pinch?” you automatically think Well, maybe I had this guy wrong the whole time. Seems like a cool fella. It’s just the way the mind works. Misery loves company and so does mouth cancer.

PS – Little known fact: baseball players are very willing to give up a dip if you forgot one, even if you’re not PK Subban, in my only experience. Back in like 2006 I was sitting behind the Os at Fenway and asked Jeremy Guthrie for one, his eyes lit up and he slid it across the top of the dugout. Didn’t care that I was in Red Sox gear, didn’t care that I looked 12, he was just happy to share a vice. That’s the brotherhood.
