What a feel-good story. Poults missed much of last year with some soft ass foot injury, so he’s currently playing on a medical exemption. The good news is: that exemption’s about to expire, and Poulter needs that $30,624 this weekend to retain his TOUR eligibility for the rest of the year.

It gets better. Poulter could’ve qualified EASILY had he finished just ONE SHOT better this past weekend. Instead, he shot 73 Sunday to come up $31K short. Such a beautiful story.
