Ramming A Pickup Truck Right Through A Store Is One Way To Rob A Place I Suppose

ABC- Police are searching for a group of thieves who drove a pickup truck through the front of a Florida gun shop and robbed it on Sunday. The Zephyrhills, Florida Police Department released surveillance footage of the robbery on Monday, showing the pick-up truck barreling through the front of the Sunshine State Armory at around 2 a.m. Sunday. At least three suspects stole an “unknown amount of firearms and ammunition,” before fleeing the scene, the department said. The truck was later found burned in a wooded area nearby, according to police.

Look, not everybody can be criminal masterminds. Sure it would be nice to plan some epic heist like Danny Ocean and the fellas, get inside peoples’ heads like Leo in Inception, or have Catherine Zeta Jones’ sexy ass navigate a laser net like it’s no big deal.

But this is Florida we are talking about here. I don’t think common man even begins to describe the level of crook that comes from the swamps. These guys not being strung out with sweatpants around their ankles is actually a step up from the type of criminals I usually see there on Cops. The rip and run may not be the most refined strategy in the world and seems especially risky when you have a truck plow through a gun shop with plenty of ammunition. But again, this is Florida we are talking about. Everything is graded on a curve and I have to give these guys at least a solid B+. The creativity may not have been the highest, but you can’t argue with the efficiency and the results.

Now lets find these guys ASAP, because if the movies have taught me anything, it’s that the people that have to rob firearms and ammo from an ammunition store are usually some real bad hombres.
