Anyone else and I’d call them an absolute moron, but you know what? I understand what Ian Kahala is trying to do here. As a hip and cool guy I can see when other folks are also trying to be hip and cool (things I am, as I mentioned). Kahala is a 19 year old prospect and he wants to make sure everyone knows that he’s not a herb, who hasn’t been there?

You mean to tell me that you didn’t have the “I’m cool! I drink! Check out me chugging this fucking beer, bro!” Facebook picture back when you were in college? That’s what you’re saying? Go ahead and say it so I can call you a liar. Sure, we didn’t have massive contracts on the line back then but the point stands, all we want as humans is to be recognized as cool and that doesn’t matter if you’re an MLB prospect or an 18 year old sleeping through his 8 AM.

Yeah, you could make the argument that an underage beer isn’t quite the same as a pre-game line, but times have changed.
