A Cyclist Girl Is Going Viral For Chasing Down Catcalling Dudes In A Van And Ripping Their Mirror Off Like A Savage For Some Revenge

This one is going viral in all the usual places today as some sort of Kill Bill-esque tale of lady revenge, a girl pushed too far by a misogynistic world and showing them that she won’t be pushed around. And for as much as I love a good yarn and the girl’s face being blurred out might make me think it’s real, it seems a little too neat and staged for me. A woman getting some dude acting aggressive on the street, shit like that happens a lot. But chasing him down, ripping his mirror off, and having that end well…I would say that’s pretty dangerous and unlikely to turn out that way. That’s just me.

But if I were to take it all at face value, I would absolutely say this is a hell of a way for chicks to send a message to dudes out there that the same old shit of the last few decades isn’t going to fly any more. Could you imagine an epidemic of chicks going around and fearlessly demolishing dudes because they catcalled or did any of those things modern women find so reprehensible? I guarantee that shit would cut out REAL fast, like when criminals in Gotham City found out that Batman was out there lurking behind every corner ready to throw a well-branded boomerang at their heads. Definitely illegal and a bit of an overreaction but you’re lying if you think every dude with a “Hey sweetie” or a “You should smile more” directed at a chick wouldn’t be thinking twice knowing what could happen. Fear every woman even more than you may have otherwise, that’s the only safe answer here.
