Shocking Update: The YouTube Prankster Who Got Kicked Off A Flight Was Screaming And Causing A Scene

(Source) — So you know that video that went viral that allegedly showed Delta kicking off a passenger for speaking Arabic? Well, apparently, Delta investigated the situation, and now says it’s not quite what it all seemed. In a statement obtained by LawNewz.com, the airline said that after collecting statements from “multiple passengers,” they have concluded that YouTube star Adam Saleh, and his travel mate, were actually trying to disrupt the plane with “provocative behavior,” and were shouting.

Didn’t get kicked off a plane just for saying hello to his mom in Arabic? The same guy, the VERY same guy, who had YouTube “social experiments” pretending to get racially profiled for being Muslim wasn’t racially profiled for being Muslim?

I SIMPLY DON’T BELIEVE IT! If you did believe it you should put yourself in internet timeout because, as I so eloquently put it this morning, you’re a fucking idiot.

And look, racism exists. This isn’t a black and white thing. This dude can be a fucking piece of shit and there can also be white people who are racist pieces of shit. The idea of bigotry didn’t hang on Delta’s findings in this investigation. I know that’s a tough idea to grasp for people on the internet, that a situation can be nuanced, but it was truly baffling to see everyone quick to say this was a fact this morning.

Like I said earlier, the irony of it all is the quick retweets will always come from the same people who blame fake news for Trump’s victory. You wonder how your grandfather falls for a stupid story about Hillary on Facebook? You basically did the same thing today on Twitter. It’s confirmation bias. You wanted something to be true so as soon as you saw evidence that made it true, no matter how fishy the source, you were quick to promote it. You’re just as stupid as the people you tried to blame for the last month.

Oh, quick little by the way, he also thought the Marathon Bombing terrorist was innocent soooo, yeah. Not exactly the guy you want screaming and causing a scene on an airplane. Can you jail this guy over this “prank”? Serious question. It’s not quite yelling FIRE in a crowded theater but he’s telling lies that get people to act irrationally and potentially dangerously. Well, today they were both proven as false/a black guy burned down the black church and wrote “Vote Trump.” Combined they got about 50 RTs whereas the initial stories got tens of thousands. I know this kind of thing has been going on forever, the scandal is on the front page and the retraction/correction weeks later is on page c9, but come on. Racism exists, we can all admit that, or at least should be able to, but I don’t think it’s insane to say “let’s wait to see what actually happened before losing our minds” is a crazy idea to have.
