The game done changed. Hip hop beefs used to be between the two toughest alpha males in the game. Dudes who would talk about fucking your wife, killing your friends and putting bullet holes through your momma’s momma’s house. It has now completely flipped. Can you think of two more emo, in-their-feelings rappers than Drake and Kid Cudi? No, you cannot. I promise you. That’s not to say one way of beefing is better than the other. Or maybe I am. I like the old way better. These two are more likely to die from cutting themselves than any sort of physical confrontation with each other. Drake has made himself rich and famous by rapping about how hard it is to be rich and famous. I love Drake and his music but that’s pretty much his entire career. Cudi is literally in rehab for depression right now. He took a break from rehab to come out and call Drake a pussy. I don’t even know what this beef is about and it doesn’t matter. Drake and Cudi will never physically fight. And if they do, it’ll be an epic slap fight with lots of timeouts.
