This is how it happened:

Just took a kick from Nakamura straight to the eyeball. Legitimately my worst nightmare. I don’t even think he has an eye anymore? That’s what I can’t figure out. There’s just no way he still has any eyeball. Curtains for his left eye. I dry heaved a few times just looking at it. Wrestling is all fun and games until you get kicked in the head and your eyeball gets kicked through your body into your stomach.

And the fact he took another move after he lost his eye is ridiculous. He was trying to finish the match. I can’t imagine what the ref was seeing that close up but he’s going to have nightmares about it for years.

On the plus side, Aries is going to be a great pirate for Halloween. Couldn’t have timed it better if you ask me. Hopefully he fully recovers, but woof almighty is it gross right now.
