Florida Man Arrested For Masturbating His Prosthetic Penis While Watching Girls Shower At A Public Beach

JENSEN BEACH, Fla. —A man with a prosthetic penis was arrested after he was seen masturbating in the woods while watching girls shower at a public beach, deputies said. Frederick Schulte, 66, was arrested Saturday on charges of lewd or lascivious exhibition and disorderly conduct. Martin County Sheriff’s Office deputies said teenagers were showering at Jensen Beach when they noticed a man, later identified as Schulte, looking at them while he masturbated.

According to the arrest affidavit, Schulte admitted to the crime and said he was “capable of a lot more” than what he did. Schulte also said that he knows it was wrong and he will do it again, the report added. “It’s very chilling when we arrest somebody for a lewd act involving a child,” Martin County Sheriff William Snyder said. Deputies said Schulte was intoxicated. The report indicated that Schulte had a prosthetic penis. Schulte told WBPF 25 News he’s not a criminal. He gave himself another title. “I’m a deviant,” Schulte said in an exclusive interview. Schulte also admitted to watching the showers, but he said he was only looking at the adults and not the teenagers.

I’m so confused. Was this guy holding a dildo while jerking off to little kids or does he have a fake penis because his real one is gone? Because if its the former then that is fucked but if its the latter then I’m not sure he did anything wrong. Is it illegal to stroke a dildo in public? If it is it shouldn’t be.
