Soccer Player Throws Corner Flag Into The Crowd Like A Javelin

FTW - The match between Swedish soccer teams IFK Göteborg and Malmo was called off on Wednesday when fans of IFK Göteborg threw a firework on the field in the direction of Malmo substitute Tobias Sana. Sana, who used to play for IFK Göteborg, responded by grabbing a corner flag and hurling it into the crowd.

Listen if you throw a fucking firework at someone, you absolutely deserve to get hit with a javelin. These soccer hooligans want to have their cake and eat it too. I dont care if you wanna be drunk and violent and throw explosives at people on the field. I actually think it adds a certain je ne sais quoi to soccer. There’s not another sport like it because of the intense violence and overreaction. But if you’re gonna dish it you gotta be able to take it. Head on a swivel for javelins if you’re gonna throw fireworks first.
