Miley Cyrus got naked again — this time for charity. The pop star poses nude on a new special T-shirt for Marc Jacobs’ “Protect The Skin You’re In” campaign, which raises money for cancer research.

I know I’m hot and cold with Miley. Back and forth. Sometimes I’m turned on, sometimes I want to puke on myself and throw my eyeballs down a well. But I like this, boners.
