In N Out Legally Threatened Abigail Ratchford For Doing A Sexy Video With Their Burgers

TMZ – Abigail Ratchford’s milkshake dripping, booby bouncing homage to In-N-Out ain’t bringing the burger joint’s execs to the yard — they’re demanding she take down her viral video … or else.

In-N-Out lawyers fired off a letter sent to the model’s producer, Liverichmedia … saying they’ve been flooded with complaints over a video posted last month showing Abby in “various sexually suggestive acts with In-N-Out Burger food.”

At first viewing (second, third and fourth too) … the “Dream Girl” clip might seem like a great plug, but the burger bosses are worried customers will think they’re in bed with Ratchford — which they say doesn’t mesh with the company’s image.

Between In N Out and Chick Fil A it’s so frustrating how all these people churning out delicious fast food have to always be such sticks in the mud socially. Every In N Out cup comes with a Bible verse on it so I could certainly understand why they’re total prudes about a hot busty model like Abigail Ratchford cummily dripping shake all over herself; they’re not some whorish fast food joint like Carl’s Jr slinging their meat at any girl willing to sign up. But what about freedom of expression? Abigail Ratchford/the producer aren’t making any money off of this I assume and the more In N Out acts like prudes, the more it becomes a valid artistic thing for her to sexualize the hell out of their food in a variety of demeaning empowering ways. Black and white shakes spilling out of every orifice, that’s the way a true artist would start a movement supporting freedom of expression. Don’t quit fighting until they leave you be to make your sexy art and/or unless they stop being such pricks and open more locations, preferably blocks away from me in Brooklyn.

Also I’m not a big food and sex guy like George Costanza but these two titans of industry combined are definitely a place I’d make an exception, UTI consequences of a vagina served Animal style be damned.
