I LOVE Gruden’s Camp on ESPN. It’s the exact same episode every single time. Gruden sits the guy down, shows him a play where he fucked up, asks a bunch of questions like “do you think you need to get better at this?” “This was a bad decision wasn’t it?” and “You should have thrown it here right?”. Then turns it all around and tells him he can be the next Joe Montana. Add a visor, a golf shirt, and maybe a moment where Gruden works himself up to a point where he’s out of breath and you’ve got yourself A+ television.
