Wake Up With Cal Ripken Jr.

On September 6, 1995, Cal Ripken Jr. set the MLB record for most consecutive games played with 2,131, passing Hall of Famer and Yankee legend, Lou Gehrig. He also hit this home run in the same game, and I don’t care if they grooved him one for the sake of the moment. It was the icing on the cake for this historic game.
