The Curse Of Barstool's "The Life” Continues - Alex Galchenyuk's Girlfriend Arrested For Beating Him Up

Washpo – The girlfriend of Montreal Canadiens forward Alex Galchenyuk has been arrested on charges of domestic abuse, SportsNet.ca reports after confirming rumors that circulated on Monday with the Montreal police.

Yikes. We’re really cuckholding Sports Illustrated all the way across the board huh? Forget the SI Cover jinx. The new hot jinx in the streets is the Bastool “The Life” jinx.  First Evander Kane did The Lilfe. He instantly got hurt and investigated for sexual assault.  Then Florida QB Will Grier did The Life. He immediately got suspended for steroids. And now this. A couple days after featuring Alex Galchenyuk his girlfriend beat him up. I don’t know whether to be happy or sad about this curse. It kind of validates us as a real publication that can hex people, but at the same time who will want to come on if only bad things happen afterwards. Very strange. I’m sure somehow this will all be my fault.
