Pretty Cool That The Skins Have A Week 17 Game Against The Cowboys That I Could Start At QB And It Wouldn't Matter

Pretty cool feeling to know your week 17 game doesn’t matter. Win, lose, or kiss your sister, the Skins are hosting a home playoff game next week. I could be running Spider 2 Y Banana from under center today and the Skins will still be NFC East champs with a home game on the horizon. 7 combined wins over the last 2 years to a playoff game this year.

As of right now, Trent Williams isn’t playing but Kirk is. Yikes. That scares me a little bit. I don’t need Kirk out there playing behind a defensive line without Trent. But it seems that Kirk will in fact start the game and Colt will finish it out. Which just goes to show good things will happen in 2016. We get to see Colt on the field in Dallas again, the same place he led us to that amazing MNF victory last year. Don’t be shocked if he throws for 300 and 4 TDs today.

The plan for today is to to keep everyone healthy. I understand Gruden wants to keep the rust off and the momentum going, and if anyone important gets hurt, the second guessing is going to be through the roof. I don’t like DeSean and Kirk playing, so hopefully they don’t get banged up, get a few snaps in, and rest up heading into the playoffs.
