Rob Kardashian Being Sued Because He Assaulted A Photographer That Tried To Take A Picture Of His Big Fat Titties

(source) Rob Kardashian has just been sued for allegedly assaulting a photographer and stealing her camera equipment … as she was lying in wait to get pics of the shirtless wonder.

TMZ broke the story … the photog filed a robbery report last month, claiming Rob jacked part of her camera at a West Hollywood gym … and she claims it was all because she snapped shirtless pics of him.

The photog — not a TMZ employee — says Rob, who is neck deep in a weight loss program, snatched the memory card out of the camera.

Andra Viak’s lawyer, George Gallegos, tells us, “While this case is still in the preliminary stage, it is clear from our investigation that Robert Kardashian’s violent behavior and his use of force towards Ms. Viak was completely unjustified.”

For his part, Rob says he lashed out because the photog trespassedonto private property to take the photos.  Witnesses back Rob up … saying the photog was in the garage … hiding in her car and then making her move when Rob took his shirt off.

Seriously though, I think this is a good sign that you have a problem Rob. I mean just last week you said you cry in the shower because you’re so fat that you can’t see your penis. I was ok with that. Weirdly I was. We all have looked in the mirror before and realized we need to clean it up. Shit happens. Thanksgiving. Bachelor Parties. Long Weekends. It happens. But fighting a female because she snuck a peak at your big fat titties? That’s too much Rob. That means you have problems. Either keep your shirt on for the rest of your life or stop worrying about your sloppy man breasts. Can’t have it both ways. Life isn’t like that.
