The Bakersfield Condors' "50 Shades Of Grey" Jerseys With Handcuffs Are So Hot

Yahoo – Behold the above jersey to be worn by the ECHL’s Bakersfield Condors on Feb. 15 in honor of the movie/book, which is, um, graphic in nature … in the most primal way. The movie is set to be released on Feb. 13.

What a fantastic post-Valentine’s Day date!

Below we have almost the entire release by the team, because there are so many facets of it that make it so good:

– When the Condors score their first goal of the game, fans are invited to throw NEW undergarments (bras, underwear, t-shirts, socks, boxers, diapers, etc.) on the ice to be collected by Dream Builders and donated to local charities.

– The Condors will wear special 50 Shades of Grey jerseys (sponsored by 97.3 JACK FM), and after the game the players will strip them off to be auctioned off post-game to benefit the Kern Adult Literacy Council.

– The jerseys literally feature 50 shades of the color grey, along with a necktie, masquerade mask, and handcuffs, which are all featured on the cover of the widely-popular trilogy. Rejected jersey designs were admittedly more “interesting.”

That’s the hottest jersey/promotion I’ve ever heard. Literally the perfect night. Hockey, chicks throwing bras onto the ice and getting all steamed up to re-enact 50 Shades of Grey when they get home. Every single fella in Bakersfield should be sending “babes” texts until they find a girl to go to this game with them. It’s like shooting slutty fish in a barrel. It’s going to be leaky city in there.
