I’ve seen lots of Pats fans saying we’re going to lose tonight. No Edelman, No Amendola, no Lewis, nobody for Brady to throw to, blah, blah, blah. Listen would it shock me if the Pats lost tonight? Nope. I mean they’re only a 2 pt favorite. So even I have to admit there is a .01% chance the injuries finally catch up to them in this spot. But here is what people have to remember. It’s Tom Brady vs. Brock Osweiler. It’s Bill Belichick vs. Gary Kubiak. Those aren’t just mismatches. Those are bloodbaths.

And more importantly for all the talk about the Broncos vaunted defense the Pats defense is better than they are. It’s actually surreal how much our defense gets overlooked. Yeah when our offense is healthy they are unstoppable and breath taking, but our defense is good enough to win the Superbowl by themselves. Matt Patricia is a god damn genius. Literally. So yes even though we are banged up our defense will win this game by themselves if they have to. 17 points will be all they need and then some.
